As we work to obtain total health, we must not neglect our spiritual health. Our body, soul, and spirit must be aligned and healthy to obtain our optimum potential in this life.

First and foremost, please understand, that I am not perfect, but I believe that Jesus Christ died for my sins, and I have confessed I am a sinner and need a Savior and put my trust in the Lord that He has covered my sins, and allowed me to be a part of His Kingdom!

I grew up in church my entire life. It was a small country church just down the road from me that is very near and dear to my heart and a huge part of who I am.  When I was 14, I went to a Fellowship of Christian Athletes weekend retreat, and then understood what it meant to have a PERSONAL relationship with Jesus Christ, and dedicated my life to Him then.  I understood religion and church, but didn’t have a true, personal relationship with God until that weekend.  I strayed quite a bit in college, but found my way back.  I definitely have made a lot of mistakes and have a lot of things I am not proud of; but God still loves me and I am part of His plan!  I was ordained through New Life Ministries, and was also a lay speaker for the United Methodist Church. I preached at my home church, Pleasant Ridge Methodist Church as their layspeaker for about 6 years.  I went through a very rough and life rocking divorce and stopped preaching and had to rebuild myself and who I was.  I am currently a member of Salem Assembly of God, and I get to share with the congregation from time to time.  I will be sharing some of the messages that I’ve taught in the past.  My prayer is that those messages may reach someone.
